When you reach this point, turn right and take the unpaved road located to the right of the gate. Continue for about 200 meters until the end of the road. Free private parking is available directly in front of the house.

By car from Florence / north

From Florence or the northern area, take the A1 Incisa-Reggello exit. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Figline Valdarno, then continue towards Via Aretina 108 and follow the final instructions on this page.

By car from Rome / south

For guests arriving from Rome or southern Italy, the A1 Valdarno exit, near Terranuova Bracciolini / San Giovanni Valdarno, may be the most convenient. From there, continue towards Figline Valdarno and Via Aretina 108. Before travelling, we still recommend checking the updated route on Google Maps or on your navigation app.

By train

The Figline Valdarno station is the reference station. Regional trains run from Florence Santa Maria Novella to Figline Valdarno with frequent connections. To check updated timetables and tickets, please use the official Trenitalia website.

From Figline Valdarno station, we recommend arranging a taxi, a local transfer or checking available buses before travelling.

By bus

Local buses are available in the area. The Brollo bus stop is about 200 meters from Perla Toscana. We always recommend checking updated timetables before departure.

Show the driver the correct access point and ask them to follow it exactly, even if the navigation app suggests a different route. From this point the driver must turn right, take the unpaved road to the right of the gate and continue for about 200 meters until reaching Perla Toscana.

This is the correct access to the property and leads directly to the free private parking in front of the house.
